Worst service I have had in a long time! We waited 2 hr to get roast chicken in a roast chicken restaurant! After an hour, I... complained to the waiter and we still waited. Even my kids noticed that the tables around us were getting food before us eventhough they were seated long after us. We got our food after the restaurant started clearing out. It took 2 hrs! The waiterdidn't bring us our drinks. And when he did, the drinks were missing. Not a big deal. But then he did that same with our meals.Two out of five meals show up. Then waited for the other meals. When they do, the order is messed up. Wrong food. And then mydaughter is missing her soup. I split half my meal with my kids while we were waiting for theirs to show up. I alreadycomplained to the waiter that everything was taking so long. When I finished my meal, I couldn't take it anymore and got up andleft to pace outside. I would have started yelling if I stayed. My wife stayed trying to get the desserts that were includedwith the Table d'Hote. After 30 minutes, she gave up and paid the bill and left. That's when she got the desserts in a takeoutbox. Very nice restaurant, friendly service. They did their best to serve us in English as we don't speak French. Just be ready to... be hit by manure smell once you exit your car if the wind is from the fields. It is not smelly inside, so it didn't diminishthe experience. Read more
The waitress was rude when we arrived. She refused to move two tables to accommodate our group of 10 people even if I called 40... minutes prior to our arrival. We politely asked one last time and just answered "no we don't move tables". Luckily for us therewas another restaurant close by. Read more
After a long 12 hour drive from Ontario to Rivere-Du-Loup we decided to order take out from this St. Hubert location. Even... though we didn't eat in, the restaurant staff (2 ladies) I dealt with in person were very friendly and helpful in English, andthe restaurant is very clean inside.
