Subs were good. Drinks were an issue. They were out of sweet tea out front, so my coworker asked if they had any in back. They... did, but when he tried it he poured it out and got a coke instead. I got a diet coke. It tastes a little like diet coke, and alot like fruit punch. Seems like they're swapping lines and not cleaning them first. If you visit, skip the fountain drinks andget a bottle instead. Read more

If you've ever watched the movie Zootopia, the sloths at the DMV we're faster than the employees at this subway. You laugh but,... it's a serious issue when they COULD be capitalizing from the large nearby companies when they are on lunch. I normally steerclear if there is more than one person in line because I won't get back to work on time. Today was especially bad because Iordered a foot long wheat chicken bacon ranch. The lady put teriyaki chicken on it, and when I pointed out that it was the wrongchicken, she just stood there looking at the menu behind the counter. I didn't have time for her to grab another bread and startover, so I just let it go. Then she almost didn't put the bacon on my chicken BACON ranch, and when I asked her for the bacon,she stood there again, staring at the menu. After the meats and cheese we're on and it was done being toasted, they took my subout and it sat while two of the employees fiddled with the cash register and the younger gentleman was preparing the nextcustomers meal. When he started putting her veggies on, I politely asked if anyone was going to make my sub, and he apologized,helped me out, and asked for help from the other two that were still at the register (which never came). I listed the veggiesthat I wanted, and he put the first one on, then asked me again, then he put the next one on, then he asked me again...thishappened two more times....once for every topping. Unfortunately this is not an isolated incident. As I stated, I normally steerclear when I see more than one person in line because of issues like this. The only thing I recommend in regards to this subwayis that the employees figure out what the term "sense of urgency" means, and actually learn what goes on a base menu sub. Read more

It's been a bumpy ride for this subway. Like other reviews they once had good service. Since the remodeling there's no point in... ordering ahead, they told me they don't make online orders or doordash orders ahead until you've arrived due to too many notpicked up orders. Despite going through their online app and already paying they still don't make it until you arrive. If youwork nearby I wouldn't order from here for lunch. They've lost my orders and didn't have most ready when I go to pickup despiteordering hours ahead and set to have my meal ready 10-15min before I even arrive. Edit: they have been making the online ordersand having them ready now, also not sure if it was on purpose but I ordered a 6" and they gave me a footlong, if you did it onpurpose good looking out. 4? I waited 10 minuets at the drive thru with no response. Pulled up to the window without any response at all. I knocked on the... window. And still waited 18 minuets before any acknowledgement. I asked for a name and number for a manager she refused to giveit to me. Worse service I have ever received. Read more

Painful. Painfully slow service and one of the women behind the counter had no idea what to put on the sandwiches.. She could be... new, but she was so painfully slow, it's hard to know. Gave it to stars because it's pretty clean, especially the bathrooms, sonot the worst Subway. Read more
