This is my favorite Chipotle. Not only just for taste, but that the workers are fast and actually acknowledge you nicely when... you enter the store. The ones near Tech are so bad about this, I don?t even bother going to those anymore. Read more
I appreciate most of the food items being gluten free. And the young man was really nice about changing his gloves when I asked.... But didn't know or didn't follow protocol when handling allergy requests. I have to say this Chipotle was so much nicer then theone at Tanglewood. Tanglewood starts closing up as early as 2 hours before they close. Read more
Large chips are a total rip-off. This is photo of ?large? chips placed into a gallon plastic bag. It?s barely enough chips to... eat with the dip. Portion size is half what is used to be. This isn?t just a one time thing either. Read more
Chipotle used to be one of my favorite restaurants because it was good, quick & inexpensive. But the quality of the food has... suffered. Unless I eat it AT the restaurant hot I end up feeling like I wasted my money. Chicken seasoning and being cookedappropriately is hit or miss, sometimes it?s burnt. My rice and beans this time are undercooked & for some reason dude also gaveme 2 helpings of the wrong rice this time. My biggest pet peeve though, they either don?t have dressing or have inconsistentportions. I usually ask for 2 to compensate but even asking for 2 this time was a joke (see picture). Even 2 of those were notenough for the portion of food they serve. I?m not sure why this is such an issue. I personally don?t want a salad withoutdressing so I almost have to check to see if it?s there and that I can get enough before I order. They usually don?t tell youwhen you order a salad if they?re out or not. I only find out when I ask for it at the register so I feel like a jerk when Itell them I don?t want the salad they just made in vain. There is also nowhere on the app to request extra dressing. Speakingof ordering online, they almost ALWAYS forget something. I do not recommend Door Dashing unless you leave specific instructionsfor them to check your bag for any extras. Usually it?s my dressing which again, is kind of part of the meal. I know some peopleeat salads without dressing but I wanna say they?re probably the minority.
