Well we ordered two pizzas and we got one pizza and an empty box. When I went to the store to get the pizza I got the old pizza... that had been made an hour ago. It took 4 minutes for anybody to even speak to me when I walked in and then they never actuallyspoke to me but about me to each other. Manager is horrible and couldn't care less. Refused to make it right. We didn't orderfrom here for a long time because of issues like this but decided to give them another chance. They didn't even apologize orcare that it happened. If i could give it a 0 I would. I ordered pizza was quoted 25-35 min 2.5 hrs later still no pizza. They tried to blame doordash... but i didnt order through doordash. I spoke to the dm Harris and he is rude and overtalks customers and refuses to make itright. Good luck calling corporate the lady who answer was rude and she transfered me to a man who seemed to care and he had theowner of the franchise john is obviously the one they get their training from. He is rude and overtalks customers as well. BBBand weights and balances will be contacted as well with the false advertising on the sign outside. 10.99 carryout special. General manager is the RUDEST PERSON. HE has no phone skills! Poor customer service. SPEAKS OVER PEOPLE! Hangs up on consumers.... REFUSES to give name! If he treats his customers this way how does he treat his staff..and the drivers at this location leave at9pm, so the pizza is delivered by a third company not actual papa John employees!! Read more
