We ordered a pair of classic single cheeseburgers. No pickles, onions or sauce on both; no tomato on his. That part was at least... - correct, well and good. The whole sandwich was cold. No attempt to package in a thermal wrap by the deliverer or the company.The burger patty was burnt on the outside, and raw on the inside. The bun was burnt so much I couldn't eat it and had to toss itand substitute my own Heiner's. When we ordered there wasn't a means to customize the sandwich to not burn the patty (or requesta rarity for the meat), or to have the bun left untoasted. Next time I'm able to suggest we eat out somewhere I'll considergiving this place a 2nd shot with an in flesh visit and maybe it'll be better eating it in house. Read more
