Dined here 9/8/2022. This historic hotel was beautiful to start, I felt like I wouldn't be impressed while talking over and I... was greatly mistaken. Loved every bit of it! Very upscale and divine building. The food here was so savory and fresh! VA haspride in farm fresh food, I am spoiled now lol. Fries were delectable and seasoned to perfection and burger was juicy andtastyyyyy. I don't eat bacon a lot but that added to it too. Service fantastic too, Must stop here if visiting. Read more
Celebrated 10 years of marriage at this beautiful historic hotel and restaurant. Our server was excellent. I had the bone-in... ribeye, potatoes & spinach. Hubby had the burger. My Ribeye had lots of flavor, juicy & tender. Our dessert was the seasonal piewith honey vanilla ice cream. Although I?m GF, I had a small taste & it was SO good. Went to The PIne Room last year for my birthday. Cauliflower was #1. Crispy and tasty! Flatbread Pizza and Falafel/Carrot... Bowel was amazing. Excellent vegetarian options. The drinks were strong and delicious. Can't wait to return! Gem in Roanoke. Read more
