I am an avid Bahn Mi consumer. Having just moved to a new city in NC where there aren?t any restaurants that make Bahn Mi I knew... what I wanted first thing when I got to Roanoke. The location was super easy to find for visitors and once I opened my door thebrilliant smells of Pho broth was in the air. So right off the bat I knew Viet Sub was a winner. My wife ordered the small beefPho and I got a veggie Bahn Mi and a Thai tea. The Bahn Mi was very carrot heavy and the flavor was a bit more nutty than theBahn Mis I have had previously. But my tastebuds sorta got carried away and having spent almost 8 months with no Euro Asianfusion cuisine I basically blacked out and noticed the Sandwich was gone. LOL My wife said her pho was very good and the brothwas phenomenal. The Thai tea was normal and I didn?t see a boba option but it quenched my thirst none the less. One of the best fast casual Vietnamese restaurants in Virginia. My wife and I stopped in and enjoyed their spring rolls, ????... pho, and their Banh Mi. I tried the Beast version of the Banh Mi with Vietnamese ????ham, honey glazed pork, barbecue pork and???? chicken. The bread was soft on the inside and crisp on the outside.
