Team was phenomenal!!! They were very kind to my niece and nephew. One suggestion is to have Veggie Patties!
I placed an order on May 25, 2021 at 12:00 pm for 3 footlong subs. When my husband went to pick up our order, he was rudely... told that their online ordering system was down and they couldn't make the food(even with our emailed proof of payment) withouttheir system telling them to. There were two other customers in there at the same time in the same situation. She advised myhusband that since the order didn't go through that a refund would be issued and the money back in my account in two days. Ithas been seven days now and no money has been refunded. Showed up Sunday at 830pm and they didn?t let me in to order. When they are open until 9pm.
I got my favorite sandwich and it was made great. Fast, friendly service. Nice clean store.
