Mountain majesty. Best mountain course I have ever played. Yup, it?s tough. Yup, you will be tired just walking up and down to... tees and greens. Yup, there are some blind shots, but that is part of the charm. Conditions were great. The ?wow? factor is offthe charts. Such a fun course to play. Unbelievable golf course. The course is even better than the spetacular views. Its is an incredible test of mountain golf, with... every hole asking you a specific question. The greens are firm fast and f****** perfect. I played on a golf now deal and haveliterally paid twice as much for worse courses in Charlotte. 100% worth the trip, its unique. The clubhouse is gorgeous, thestaff is gracious and make sure to try the chicken salad sandwich while you enjoy the incredible view from the clubhousepatio Will 1000% be coming back to this gem, its one of the 5 best courses ive ever played Read more
Attended a class reunion at the resort and it was perfect!! The venue is spacious with beautiful mountain and golf course views.... The food was very good and the staff were all courteous and attentive. It?s a lovely venue and I would highly recommend!!! Read more
Our flight to NC was canceled so we drove 10 hours from NY to attend my nephews wedding the next day. The manager was amazing... when I called to tell him we would be arriving really late. He left our room unlocked for us and put the lights on. He evenwas there when we pulled into the resort and stopped at the main house. What was a stressful day, turned out to be a goodnight. Woke up to the most beautiful scenery and coffee in the coffee shop. The nicest people! Read more
