They often sell burn bagels. They should throw them out instead of selling them. Bagels are burnt on the bottom and they put in... the bag so you don't know whether they burnt until you get home. Really sneaky. I eat bagels every morning and no other placessell burn bagel except for this place! Read more
What a terrible service. Not the first time my order gets messed up and I am discovering somebody else's sandwich when I get... home but this time I said to myself enough is enough. Was there this morning ordered bialy with egg salad, received God knowwhat but not the egg salad. Will not drive back 15 minutes to get it replaced. Called store 5 times - phone just ringing andringing. Since Jim sold the store that place continue to go downslope. My last time in this store and would not recommend toanyone. Read more
