2nd poor experience at Vince's yesterday. Unfortunately, this Rochelle landmark isn't what I remember growing up. I always loved... coming to this restaurant bc the food was awesome and employees were friendly. I ordered a pizza a few months ago, the cheesewas so salty and obviously not good quality. I knew I would never order pizza from Vince's again. I decided to try items thatare not pizza yesterday bc my friend wanted to order some items from Vince's. I did order a meatball sub and a few appetizers toshare. The meatball sub was subpar, once again too salty, the meatballs not made with quality ingredients and the bread was justa huge chunk of raw dough. Beer nuggets are literally tasteless pucks. I couldn't eat them and neither could any of my friends,they literally went directly in the garbage, Fried mushrooms are ok, not really worth what they're charging tho. I've seenbigger, better mushrooms at different establishments for less. One item that tasted good is the jalepeno poppers, the ranch theysend with it is disgusting: thick and sweet, obviously something generic; not freshly made like most authentic pizzerias will dobut the poppers themselves are good. I wanted to give Vince's 2 stars bc of the tasty poppers but I cannot bc of what Iwitnessed there. I saw what looked to be a manager or maybe an owner 50 something-ish, Bobbed blond haired lady treating theemployees poorly. She was barking orders at everyone in sight but was really bearing down on the young lady who helped me whowas doing a wonderful job and was being so sweet and apologetic to me even though she had nothing to be sorry for; I think theyoung lady was just frightened bc the "manager" looking lady had her panties in a bunch and was barking orders at her and usingaggressive hand gestures AND told me right in front of the young lady, (regarding the young lady). . My pizza was amazing I may not be anyone special but I did work for Tony at Villa Di Roma in Rockford for 6 years, I also worked... for Pinos on main in Rockford. The pizza I ate tonight was probably the best pizza I?ve ever had, over mentioned above androsati?s and the pizza I had in Dekalb there?s no comparison. I will not order from anywhere else!!!!! Best pizza in town! Sauce is tasty and ingredients are always fresh. Also their tiramisu is delicious. Love Vince?s !!!

Love the pizza at Vince?s Pizza in Rochelle! The crust is just the right combination of crunchy and chewy. The sauce has a... perfect blend of seasonings. Not too sweet and not too spicy. If you like good Italian sausage I think it?s the best I?ve had.It has a very good Italian beef sandwich smothered in delicious mozzarella and you can have it dipped.
