The lady's were very nice. Brought our order to the table. Very clean place.
Trash. I'm always sick after eating their food. Management does not know how to run the store ever since they got a new GM.
Giving this Dairy Queen one star is still to generous to be honest. Ever since the new GM took over, this Dairy Queen has become... the dirtiest place in Rochester. Sadly, the local dump is cleaner. They leave trash all over the floor, sticky tables and floor,the bathrooms look and smell like they haven?t been cleaned since they first opened and the management is very rude andunprofessional. They treat their crew awful and with no respect. The outside of the store looks just as bad as it does on theinside. You have trash all over the parking lot and rusty seats outside to sit on. If you want a somewhat decent Dairy Queenexperience, go to the Logansport one. Read more
