We were seated quicker than usual but that’s where the good part of this visit ended. We placed our order for crab wontons and... soft drinks to start. Then we waited another 10 minutes to have our entree order taken. We waited about 15 minutes for ourdrinks and food to arrive at which time we were told that it took so long because they made them from scratch. The restaurant atthis time was not busy at all so it wasn’t very believable because the were Luke warm at best as were our meals which tookconsiderable time to get there. Waiter dropped off our bill and proceeded to clear off our table. On his return to collect ourmoney he also took away our drink glass, one of which was still 1/4 full with out asking if we’re done. Now I’ve been to PFChang’s many times and when I check the bill I was astonished to find that refills are now charged for at full price. $4.00 isa steep price to pay for a coke much less for each refill. Needless to say this will be the last time I ever spend my money atthis establishment. Read more
Let's start 4 family dinning in 3 at bar. Took 10 minutes to order water and a coke. 10 minutes to receive water and a coke. 40... minutes to receive dinner. Surprise still in business food was great 5 years ago now I ate two bite and called it quite. Waited20 minutes to get bill. Waiter never came back to the table had to ask the hoisted to get him for another coke and to pay thebill. Meal 110 dollars never Again. Read more
Kind and helpful staffs with my peanut and tree nut allergy. Chicken lettuce wraps (picture) for an appetizer were very... flavorful and delicious. I had the ma po tofu and it was pretty good. I would have preferred smaller chunks of tofu, but it wasstill very tasty and seasoned well. Read more
Great for small groups! I like the charming relaxing atmosphere for small family friendly gatherings. Booths hang the walls so... it would be hard for larger groups. The bar in the middle is great eye appeal but comforting enough to not be loud andoverwhelming. The hostess was very polite. The bar seating is nice with everyone friendly and attentive. Chang's coconutrefresher was absolutely as it says, refreshing. The touch of nutmeg sprinkled on top was unexpected and added to the look. Thelettuce wraps were great, with plenty of flavor. The only down side to the experience was they don't have a happy hour. No onewill pass up a good deal. Read more
