Staff is friendly, food is good. Only two stars because the franchise owner does not participate at Subways promotions (for... example: two foot longs, third for free) - very disappointing. I was inside for 17 minutes before anyone paid for a single meal. Another 11 minutes before my order was taken. Two... employees, working at a snails pace, were overwhelmed by a very understanding but frustrated line of 13 people. Several peoplecame in for app or online orders and were told "it will just be a few more minutes" as their orders weren't even started untilthey came in. How was the sandwich? It was fair.
