The first thing they do when you call them is they put you on hold. What makes you think I have time to be put on hold? I?m... disgusted by their Customer service literally disrespecting you and then putting u on hold.messing up your order while youdouble check.hanging up on you in the middle of an order.telling you there is a deal of which does not exist anymore.unprofessional management. Once you tell the manager how bad of a customer service the have he says ?if u don?t like our food,why aren?t you ordering from somewhere else??I tell him that it isn?t the food but the customer service they have that isdisrespectful. people working there have no sense of respect or good service. It really sure what?s so hard about making an order in a timely manner. Over two hours to hear my food was in the ?quality check... phase? only for nothing to ever show up.
