The location for Mayo clinic and treatments is handy. The front desk staff is terrible. I have never met a worse front desk... staff before. My son had 6 weeks of cancer treatments so we were already stressed and the front desk staff made it worse. Theydo not understand hospitality and made our long stay horrible. No hot water and they wanted to down grade our room. Which wasnot an option for us. DOWNGRADE not equal or better due to their issue which they didn't own. Horrible management. During aterrible time for us this hotel made it worse. The rooms are NOT wheelchair friendly. The front desk during the day offered NOhelp and seemed to want to make things worse for us. We went to upper management. A lease we signed to get a Minnesota law taxbreak disappeared. Front desk manager didn't provide correct name. Housekeeping was delayed but the Housekeeping staff isnice. Youth groups on the weekends wrecked havoc. Worst place I have ever stayed. The billing department helped us out Horribleplace to stay Read more

Very poor facilities from room to parking. The list is too many to go into. We booked for a whole week but checked out within 24... hours. Beds were not Queens as advertised. Room was small and bathroom was very tiny making it difficult for someone in awheelchair and mobility issues. I would like to say ?but the staff was great? but I can?t. They seemed indifferent orunmotivated. Maybe just worn down. It?s not their fault. They?re associated with a property that is long overdue for acomprehensive upgrade or demolition. KHG owns and operates the property and without the strict standards of a national brand canget away with charging market prices for less than market accommodations. It is right across the street from the Mayo Clinic, which is my we booked it, but it?s the only thing positive about the place. Read more

The rooms were super nice! Room service didn't answer the phone one time, and they brought our sheets, pillow and blankets late... one time. The location is amazing! It's super peacefully and when you go out you barely see people, so that was nice for me :) Iwould go there again Read more

We were here for five days for Mayo Clinic appointments. The carpets were very dirty. We didn't have any washcloths and not... enough towels. We called for more but never got them. The last day we had no hot water. The $15 parking fee is ridiculous. The parking garage is way too small with very narrow spaces. Will not stay here again. . Read more

We first stayed here in 2013. Its proximity to the clinic is great! In 2013 parking was free. Now it's$15 a night. On the many... returns to Mayo in the past 9 years it's gone from bad to worse. The restaurant closed during Covid and had never reopened eventhough it says on website it will be reopen in April 2022.. In June the desk clerk gave a key to our room to a stranger and thensaid the person said she knew us. One of the two dryers didn't work when we were here 2 months ago. Now neither works. The coldwater in the sink runs hot. There is no longer a complimentary breakfast. The hotel itself is old, the carpet needs cleaning. We kept thinking it would improve. It hasn't! We're done!
