Service was very slow, didn't come to check on drinks or food quality. Unfortunately we're out of most items that were wanted as... well. Some good was cooked well, but most was drastically under cooked. Read more
Ordered steak dinner takeout. Loaded baked potato had no sour cream or butter. Broccoli was mush. Steak was the size of a credit... card. Everything was cold. Utensils were so pathetic i had to eat with my fingers. Disgusting. Read more
Always have enjoyed Perkins and glad they came back at least with one store in Rochester. Staff was great and food is as good as... always. We did have an issue with our check. We were charged Supply chain adjustment on our drinks that already cost $3.20. Iunderstand this is not the local store doing this but always keep an eye on your bill. We aren?t from the area but will definitely be coming back again! The restaurant is actually a pretty rough experience (most of... the staff seems overworked and crabby :( ) unless you get Chase as a waiter! He has great energy and made us smile our wholetime :) all of our food was right and he checked in on us the perfect amount! His customer service/people skills are amazing! :) Read more
