Every dish was a complete success. The collards and cabbage in particular were amazing. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and... unabashed. Strongly recommended. Note, though, to allocate extra time. While the food is fantastic, it is not fast. Itseemed when we went that a single woman was cooking and running front of house. She was friendly, though, and the 30 minutewait was well worth it. Easily the best vegetarian options I’ve had at an Ethiopian restaurant. They’re friendly and personable, the food is... amazing, and their honey wine is delicious. Good food. It was a different experience to eat without utensils. The sambusas were to die for, definitely a must try!
