Worst arbys in Rochester. REPORT IT PLEASE to health department as well as Arbys website. ..I work around the corner. And many... times they dont answer u at the window when they are clearly open. Literally ignore you. Go inside. And Service takes 15 minsplus to get your food. Not even enough time to get food on my lunch break it's so slow. Someone needs to get a new manager. Orget a district manager to straighten things out. This place is unsanitary with greasy floors, flies, dirty tables and I'll bereporting it to the health department. Was a 5 star and I'm changing it to because of my last experience. The cashier was absolutely horrible and rude. There was no... condiments in the container. The floor was SO greasy and slippery. All of the tables were dirty. When we got our sandwichesthere was almost no cheese on them and when I asked for some they were complaining to each other that the cheese wasn't warmyet. Beware, the older cashier is atalker...and will try to keep you there for a while telling you random things ( like apparently their last crew day drank in theback a lot on their shifts which is probably something she shouldn't be telling random customers lol) Read more
