Absolutely disgusted. We just ordered a bunch of way overpriced food and halfway through eating we realized that 3 of our... burgers had spots of mold on the bottom. When my husband and sister-in-law went and told them at the counter the girl said itwould be 5 minutes and asked what was on the burgers. She then brought the new burgers to our table and asked for our names togive us a free burger in the future. That would be great if we didn?t live out of state?she didn?t ask if we wanted our moneyback or to give us a coupon for whenever we do return to Rochester. Sunday night ice cream in August. Everything and everywhere is speckled by litter. Inside. Outside. Parking lot. Napkins.... Plastic spoons and forks. Discarded food. And lots of dirt, as if someone has not swept in a few days. The ice cream servicearea is chaotic. No one appears to be in charge. The employees appear largely disinterested and probably disappointed by themess they are in. If Robert Irvine from RESTAURANT IMPOSSIBLE on The Food Network were to visit, he would have enough nastymaterial for several episodes. I stayed out of curiosity just to observe the chaos and try to enjoy my chocolate almond withchocolate sprinkles. The ice creams is excellent. Everything else is far below acceptable. What used to be a joyous occasion ?getting some superb ice cream on a Summer night ? instead is a study in how not to conduct business. That makes me very sad. Read more

When to the bar side for the first time after being a regular of the general service area a bunch. Server was nice and very on... top of filling drinks. Was slightly busy due to a Bills game, but he was on top of making sure everyone was checked over on aregular basis.
