I have been to numerous of these and never had to deal with such slow and unprofessional service. I was the only one in the... drive thru there wasn't anyone I could see in line inside. I waited almost 10min for a basic Sausagez Egg and Cheese Muffin.Then when the young lady finally brought it to me she just handed it to me not sorry for the wait, she walked up to the Drivethru not onxe did she give me updates. I am absolutely disappointed in this place. I try to only write reviews when I have agood post because far too often people only write bad reviews. This was just absolutely awful customer service which I know thiscompany prides it self on. To add insult to injury my 5yr old daughter made the comment about the wait she said we should ofwent to Wendy's. Read more
My husband and I love this specific location SO much! Everyone there is so genuinely sweet & kind. They?ve never once gotten an... order wrong and the vibe isn?t like a lot of places that make you feel like an annoyance because they?re clearly stressed andoverwhelmed. Arrive to pick up my food. 4 different employees walked by and ignored me. One even walked by me to wait on a customer who just... walked in after me. I was invisible. Fries were under cooked and cold. Sandwich was just ok. The owner is a great man who frequently gives back to his customers in the form of rewards for free entrees/ drinks/ dessert and... meals. The staff here are very friendly and provide great service. I was asked to pull up because there was a wait on one of myitems and I had no issue doing so but the employees gifted me a free frosted lemonade and 2 cookies for the ?inconvenience?.Food is always delivered with a smile.
