Placed pick up order on Chipotle website for the Pittsford location for 7:10. When we got there a hand written paper sign said... "Closed at 7" on the door. But they forgot to lock the side door. They had the employee orders behind the counter and all foodsitting out. But no customer orders. Employees said upper management forgot to turn off online order. Coincidentally it'sHalloween weekend. Not the first time Pittsford closes before posted hours. When I called the guest service number, at firstthey offered nothing besides a refund. The staff at this location are unfriendly and rude (big attitude problems). They?ll process and prepare dozens of pick up orders... (presumably for grub hub) while pretending you don?t exist and haven?t been in line for 20 mins. Then, if you?re lucky, they?llget your order right but then overcharge you for your order. You?ll get even more attitude when you ask for an adjusted(corrected) charge. Used to be one of my fave places to eat, but they?ve quality customer service consistency and friendly stafffor profits. ASIA rocks! I haven?t seen such customer service in a long time. My daughter wanted seconds on her rice and beans and it was... already 10 minutes to close. When i went to order it, they did not have any seasoned brown rice. So Asia quickly seasoned someESPECIALLY for my daughter so she could have some. It would?ve been completely easy and even acceptable for her to be like?sorry, we are out of the brown rice?. But this woman scrambled so fast and made the rice for my daughter. This chipotle sucks. I ordered two chicken rice bowls with barely any chicken in the bowl. They barely put any amount of portion... sizes of things that you want on your bowl very disappointing. They charge high amount of money for the bowls and barely putanything on it. The workers there have an attitude when you asked them a question and they seem like they don't even want to bethere. I will not be coming back to this chipotle ever again. Very bad customer service. Read more

Employees here are Awesome. One girl came into start her shift and there is was a line of 10-12 takeout customer's. I presume... something online messed up and too many orders were received for the same time slot. The employee hurried to the back and wasback and forth handing out orders and likely making them too. Simultaneously there were in house customers that other employeeswere serving. Yes we had to wait, but, this was an error they couldn't help. Employees had every sorted in under 15 minutes andmy food was hot and delicious. They did a stellar job in an unusual high-pressure situation and during dinner rush, too! Read more
