Caesar salad was delicious! Pasta was good, i hate mushy pasta. Ordered a rare steak and got a rare steak ?? (it might look a... little weird because I smeared the garlic butter all over it ???????) and bread and garlic butter was definitely good. Read more
I have to say it's a very Italian American themed restaurant... they really bring back the Nostalgia of The Sopranos. Also... there is a variety of other cartoons along the walls of other famous New York Italians and New York Yankees. I ended upordering an appetizer of the bruschetta which was a very good appetizer which definitely was big enough to share. I also for mymain course I ordered White Sauce Clams with linguine. Which was a great size portion with a ton of clams and the taste wasdelicious. Had great service for my waitress and I did notice that they all had to wear short shorts and fishnet tights. Read more
First, Jesse, our server, was very attentive, we didn't go without anything because he was there ready to take care of us. We... both ordered the eponymous steak. It was good. It wasn't the melt in your mouth experience I had expected from a ribeye but itwas very good and certainly as large as promised. We split an order of Tiramisu, it was lovely. The food was extremely delicious. We had pasta, steak, and these chiles as appetizers which were absolutely delicious. Service... was quick despite being very busy. I wish they had more servers because they are all running around. For drinks we had wine andmargaritas and both were excellent, specially the margarita since it was well prepared and tasted like Tequila (as it should).For dessert we had the coffee one with ice cream and wow! Very nice large and open family Italian restaurant. The design and feel made one feel as though you were in a smaller town where... the staff knew many of their patrons. Unfortunately, being from out of town the service was slower and did not get things thatwere ordered. I waited for more than 40 minutes after recieving the menu for staff to inquire if I was ready to order, which Icould have ordered in 5 minutes after looking the menu over. Bar tender had showed me the happy hour special foods and so Iordered 2 of the large shrimp for $1.99 each with my meal and never recieved these. The salad and main course (NY Strip) cameout at the same time. Which then the steak had to sit while I ate my salad. The steak had very good flavor and was prepared rarewhich was perfectly cooked! But the steak came on a very small plate which made it very challenging to cut without knocking thepasta bowl off the plate. The food was good the portion of pasta for a side was lacking in quantity. It is a very niceatmosphere. But, the service like many other places leaves room for improvement post shut downs of the pandemic. Customerservice, work ethic and proper etiquette are key to any fine Italian restaurant. I would recommend trying this restaurant. Read more
