Like this place for their fish fry Fridays. The food is always good and the atmosphere is always pleasing. I have had other food... there and wasn't disappointed with the other items I've tried. I would recommend this place. I give this a four star becauselike I always say there's always room for improvement. Read more
We?ve visited this restaurant a few times, and this was the best of all the experiences. If I were basing this review on the... first and second time we ate here, I?d probably give it three stars. We?ve come when it was busy and our table was completelyforgotten. This time, we were the only ones on the dining room side since it was Sunday and the games were on in the bar. Ourserver was very attentive and helpful. The kids? meals came out quickly (bonus - the Mac and cheese isn?t boxed!). Went for lunch today - prices are high for the lack luster food. We ordered pouting and it was a handful of fries w gravy and... cheese for $12.50, a bit over priced. Ordered takeout through yelp and received a confirmation email. Went to go pick up my order and the whole place was closed... nobody answering the phones everything locked up. They definitely confirmed the order and took a payment. EDIT- Yelp used grubhub to order and your hours said open. I was not the only patron waiting outside your restaurant. Stopped here as the lot was full and the reviews were good. Service was great, all the staff we encountered were excellent... which you can?t say for many places these days. Food was blah. Had a burger and cheesesteak sandwich which were very average.They were small sandwiches for the Fifteen Dollars we spent for the meal. In summary, go here for a beer, catch a game on thebig screen and maybe have some appetizers but go to dinner somewhere else. For the prices of the food it?s just not worth thestop. Read more
