My wife and I have been enjoying JJ's for about 5 years now. Every time one of us is in the area we coordinate a pick up. The... garbage plate is a Rochester area culinary monster that has found its way into hearts and homes all over. Jose Joe's twist isthe garbage plate burrito and it's amazing - deep fried in a tortilla. You have to try this place, its incredible. I ordered a veggie burger and fries for my son and a burger and Mac salad for myself. I also tipped them for their service. They... made a mistake & gave me 2 Mac salads. I told the Karen behind the counter that I need fries for my son and she tells me if Igive her the mac salad back she'll give me fries. I've worked in restaurants too & when we make the mistake we tell the customerto keep the food because we have to throw it out anyways. When my cousin asked her if she was going to throw it out she justlooked at her pivoted and threw it in the trash. It was rude, condescending and it was very wasteful.
