We were at this McDonald's, and they made us wait over 25mins for my food. I was levid! My son want to attempt to resolve the... issue (he's Learning how to deal with situations like this.) He comes out and tells me, they said "No, you can't get your moneyback. I said, no that's NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. I go in, and the manager is already in the process of refunding my $$. Sheapologized for the LONG WAIT, and gave me my food and money. I was very pleased that I did not have to tell them how displeasedI was, but they turned it around. The drive thru at this location is consistently horrible. Just waited in line for 20 minutes after only ordering two diet Cokes,... only to get two regular cokes. This isn't the first issue we've had either. The drive thru line is consistently slow, and theorder accuracy is questionable at best. Probably won't bother with this location anymore. Read more
Nobody wants to work even at $16.25 per hour. Only available for drive thru, so drive thru line was long. Lucky had the app, n... made the order and parked at spot 1 n 2. The delivery was out quick. Read more

One of the worst McDonald's! They are always saying their coffee machines are down, they forget items to put in happy meals, I... once got a sauce packet in the box in place of 4 nuggets for a happy meal here. I just ordered a small coffee and they gave itto me and it was literally barely even Luke warm. The manager said to me, " you'll have to pull forward for 5 mins if you want anew one. 10 mins later she brings our a coffee, hands it to me and the cup immediately opens and the hot coffee burns my hand.She runs back in to get me cooling burn gel and then hands it to me with another cup of coffee , says I'm sorry about that andrushes back in the building.
