I go here every so often and usually the service is good. I had a mobile order at 4:10 today for fries and asked for them to be... freshly made. The order taker said ok. Once I pull up to the front, one minute later they're brining my fries. No way they couldhave been fresh. I asked the girl at the window (white with blonde hair). She lied and said yes. Then said something to theblack girl standing next to her. If they couldn't do it, they should have said that. They get paid more than minimum wage todo their jobs. I ordered a drink but was served after 3 or 4 different customers that ordered food and drink after me. The iced latte was good,... however, the longer wait times and the overloaded ice made the overall experience one poor. The employees that were working onthat day were surprisingly kind. Would have given it 5 stars had my ordered not been pushed to the side. Read more
