Experience today was awful. Ordered simple meals, had to repeat my order multiple times at each window. Cashier acted snotty... towards me for using my apple watch to pay. They were out of Diet Coke, had to refill. Asked me to wait, and when staff cameout it was the wrong item each time. Final person was a manager who acted like I was inconveniencing her. Pretty sure someonespit in my drink too. Not the first time customer service at this location was abysmal. Read more
Drive through personnel absolutely need training in customer service. Rude. No "Thank You" from either window. Never ever... seen that from McDonald's. The food was hot. Got fish sandwich, pretty bland. Double cheeseburger was good... Hot meltedcheese too (not used to the patties being that hot to melt the cheese, this is a plus!!!); A crispy chicken sandwich that lookedand tasted like it was deep fried 3 or 4 times - way over cooked. This is the East Henrietta Road location...Went in ordered on kiosk. No receipt but payment went through. We waited 20 minutes... and noticed employees standing around. Went up to the register and asked about order, they said they didn't have one. Wepulled up our bank account and showed it was paid for so the clerk asked for the manager. We told her our problem, she retookthe order, repeated it back. Hash brown, bacon egg and cheese biscuit, large diet coke. An English muffin and large orangejuice. When the order came out got a medium OJ, no cup for coke, went back asked for the large coke cup, they gave us a largejuice cup and the large OJ. Finally frustrated I had a travel mug and just filled that instead of going up again. At least 45minutes has passed at this point.(including eating time) while eating the manager told the district manager about the kiosksnot giving receipts, Ron, the man's name, said I can't figure it out and just left...They did not fix the problem or put an outof order sign up. We ended up at this McDonalds because the west Henrietta Rd McDonalds did not have and soft drinks available. What a nightmare. We won't go back to the East Henrietta Rd location. People should really pay attention and fix what needsfixed, and listen carefully to what folks order. Very disappointed Read more

So I ordered from this McDonald's on Uber Eats today as a treat to my little girl for getting her allergy shots first I get a... text message for my driver saying they told her they no longer carry the adult Happy Meal they don't know how I was able toorder it and replaced it with the 10 piece Mill which is way cheaper then proceed it to forget her french fries my McRib was sosloppy and messy and all over the box I could barely eat it without getting it all over myself the bread was soggy and drenchedwith way too much sauce and there was more toppings on the outside of my sandwich then inside it I proceeded to call and talk toa manager in which I was given attitude all in all I will never order from this restaurant again I've already contacted UberEats Read more
