This place is further proof that Rochester just doesn't know what it has right under its nose. My wife and I moved here from... Philly about 4 years ago and have been searching for a truly delicious Indian food restaurant the whole time. Every place wetried was mediocre at best until Namaste. Their weekend, 3-item deal is delicious and an absolute steal at 10.99 for veg or11.99 for meat. That also includes the best naan I've ever tasted, raita, and a little dessert as well. The grocery store isalso the largest, most organized, and inviting Indian grocery I've ever seen. Namaste is the very definition of a hidden gem.Our search is finally over! Read more

I've only had a few dishes but so far I would say it is one of the best Indian restaurants in Rochester.
This place is a gem!! The only spot I?ve been able to find good dosa in Rochester so far. We came for the grocery but will be... coming back (with friends) for more of this.
