They basically stole my money. I ordered online. Got my confirmation and everything. Got an email receipt and all that. Then I... went there to pick up and they told me they never received my order. I showed them my receipt, order confirmation and bankstatement. They said there's nothing they could do and said they were closing so I had to leave. Hi went in during my lunch break to get a slice of pieces. It was getting pretty busy but there was only one person ahead of... me, and about 5 people behind me. I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza and my coworker with me ordered 2 slices of pizza. I satwaiting for my pizza an the person who ordered behind me go her pizza first. Then my coworker got ONE of her slices that sheordered. Then 2 more people who ordered after us got their pizza. So I went up to tell them I was missing a chicken pizza and mycoworker was still waiting for her second slice. They looked completely confused and had to put in new pizzas for us. Then myfriend got her second slice and I waited for my first slice. TWO other pizza got their buffalo chicken and I still hadn't gottenmine. I then went up to speak to a manager only to be told they didn't have any more buffalo chicken pizza. They didn'tapologized at all and only could give me a different kind of pizza. They gave me a cookie that I don't like as a "apology' Iguess. They need to find a better way to get orders out in the properly. Read more
