Our family came to Rizzi’s on 8/4/22 to celebrate a 49th birthday. We shared two delicious appetizers, Sicilian Calamari and... French Artichoke Hearts. Our wonderful dinners included Chicken Guida, Chicken French, Veal Parm and Seafood Fra Diavolo. Wewill definitely return. Read more

Just another disappointed customer hoping this review will help teach true customer service.. To focus on my primary complaint... (although there were many disappointing parts of tonight): My food didn’t come soon enough despite me ordering it at 5pm on aTuesday (slower night) so by 555pm I needed to leave so I asked that they just make it to-go (had previously told the waitressupfront I needed to leave before the rest of my party). They couldn’t accommodate GF pasta with my shrimp scampi order (likeevery other italian place does) so I asked for rice instead. What I didn’t ask for was an extremely butter-saturated shrimpsoup. Called the restaurant to ask that they don’t charge my 92 year old grandmother for a meal that I wouldn’t be able tostomach. Not even close to edible.They still charged her. That should tell you everything you need to know about thisplace. And apparently the owner prepared this. Even more disturbing. He told my grandmother that “I got what I asked for”.Embarrassing.
