Went in this evening w my wife. Arrived just shy of 6pm. Friday night, so not unreasonable that it was busy. Walked in and a... host took our name. ?15-20 min, ok?? We agreed. ?Have a drink at the bar and I?ll come find you when something opens up.? Afterthe 15-20 min passed, at first we figured we were close to being seated. But then we started noticing that nobody wasleaving?much less eating any food. It looked like everyone seated was waiting for food. 40 min later, not one table hascleared. And the host has made no effort to make contact with us (matter of fact he went AWOL). Waited another 5 min, at whichpoint the host was still MIA. We left and went somewhere else. Bottom line is, if you?re swamped that?s fine. But tell me.Don?t tell me 15-20 min wait - if you know there?s no chance of that happening. I?ll think twice about going back. Read more
