Unfortunately it seems there is a inconsistency with training, and staff seems to make there own interpretation of your order... and never tastes the same... also long lines and unhappy staff. Read more

This Tim Hortons is pretty good and the drive thru move's efficiently.
Great coffee, delicious food. The staff was friendly and quick. I couldn't ask for a better visit!

I stopped at the Brockport store and got an iced coffee but they forgot to add the red velvet flavor I paid for. I happened to... be Doordashing near this store and they graciously gave me red velvet syrup to add even though it wasn't their mistake.
