I?ve been a loyal customer of Clean Juice for years. On multiple occasions when I?ve gone in staff have suggested items that can... help keep me healthy and recover from colds. Unfortunately that ends today. Today I tried to send my sick son who stayed homefrom school clean juice through GrubHub. Something went wrong with the order. Instead of going the extra mile and trying to helpa customer out Clean Juice decided not to problem solve and fill the order. I?m really disappointed that a different decisionwas not made. I did call Clean Juice to give them a chance to make things right; unfortunately their response was to argue aboutthe situation instead of taking the opportunity I was trying to give them to make things right. Love Clean Juice, but I'll tell you why I love them more! My smoothies are usually delicious! The new smoothie I ordered... today...my kids loved, but didn't suit me...I let them know and they made it right! It's easy to just take the cash and notcare, but they cared and that's why I'll be back! Love "The Coffee One" and will leave the sweeter ones to my kids! Oh my goodness!!! It was Sooooo good!!! First time there on a recommendation from a good friend!!! I had a "hardcore" juice and... my friend had an "immunity" & both were so good!! I even got a six pack of cold pressed to take home!!! ???????? After postingabout my awesome experience, it got EVEN BETTER!! Jack came out to make sure I understood a few things about the cleanse. It waslike a one on one seminar or class!! He is a wealth of knowledge and happy, maybe even excited to share what he knows withothers!! Even tho I thought I knew everything he was going to say, he actually pointed out a couple things that I had neverthought about!!! ?????? Thank you so much for all the assistance and information!!
