Another update: another visit another fail. I pulled up a little after 11 and lunch menu was up I order. And then they say lunch... isn?t being served until 1130. I ask why the lunch menu was up and when did they change this to 1130? The girl has no idea. So Idrove away it?s inexplicable that anyone could manage a simple McDonald?s this poorly. Update: well this place is bewildering.This Sunday morning I got there at 11:01. The lunch menu was out. But when I went to order they said they don?t have any lunchfood yet and wouldn?t have any for a while. This is happened before at this place but I thought they were getting better. Iguess they are back to their old habits. Bottom line I?d probably just recommend you go somewhere else. Sigh. Update: I don?tknow if they?ve changed owners or maybe I just got lucky last three Sundays, but for some reason this place has really turnedthings around. The staff is all very pleasant and efficient now. The food is actually served on time. Even the lines seem to beserved much quicker and so this less waiting. Kudos for making the change because as you can see below this used to be one ofthe worst McDonald?s I?ve ever been at now I would raid it right there. Previously: For more than two years it has been theWorst McDonald?s I?ve been to and consistently that way. I have to go here every week because it?s near my mothers. Always slowand today they tried to charge me 1050 for two fish sandwiches! I asked why they weren?t charging me six dollars for twosandwiches and they said they don?t do that anymore. Over $10 for two fish sandwiches (not the meal) is not even their normalprice. So I change the order to a single fish sandwich and they still charge me the meal price just for one sandwich. Read more
Sooo....another couple and I were just in the lobby...(door was unlocked) and waited a few minutes for assistance at the... counter. A young lady comes to the front and says "the lobby is closed", the guy infront of me "the door is unlocked and thesign says come in" "the lobby is closed", "then yall need to lock the door". Absolutely awful manager, bigger clown than the mascot. Wasted 40 minutes of my time and when I finally said enough and I wanted... my new food and my money back, I got hit with ?Ill refund you $1.37 for the drink? like uh no I don?t want the food that?s beensitting there for 30 minutes, I want new food, my money back for wasting my time and gas, and I want this manager fired or sentback to basics. Whoever promoted her needs to be questioned as well. Oh and I when I told her that her employee is giving outtoo much change at the window, she brushed it off with ?Oh that?s fine? like I almost got a whole dollar in change?? You should not have somebody on the drive thru that can't understand English. Butchered my order multiple times and had to... correct them after every word. STILL got my order wrong. Manager is worthless and should not have a job that requires customerservice that she is clueless on how to provide. Overpriced as well. 100% price gouging. Pictured is the large fry I got withNOTHING eaten out of it at this point. This location is the WORST McDonald's I've ever been to.
