The concept is good with great ambience. People can even work here on the laptops for hours enjoying the coffee. We ordered a... tea which was having decent taste, not as per our expectations and little improvement required. Bun was really delicious as itwas made fresh. When we asked for napkins/tissues, all staff was asking each other to do the work which was so annoying. Overallgood place to spend your free time. Read more

Highly recommend coming for the experience of enjoying the original bun with soft buttery inside and crispy coffee flavored... outside. Picture shows Malaysian coffee buns, Pappa Roti's signature bun. Also got the Oreo ice cream buns, which was a superdelicious dessert. Read more
Very nice and inviting coffee shop. Doesn't feel anything like a big coffee chain. Staff was friendly. I could see myself... studying here or working on my blog because it's quiet even with more than half full. I had the Ferrer Roche bun and my friendhad the Oreo bun. Both came with a scoop of vanilla in a miniature waffle bowl. Buns are crunchy on the outside with a warmchewy inside. My latte was perfectly hot but not sweet. She had a strawberry banana smoothie. Definitely will return, this wasmy second visit. First visit I had the smoked salmon sandwich with a soft chewy french baguette. The store hours are terribleif you work a morning shift. Totally Horrible Place - Overrated, Over priced with lame taste and quality. Service was awful - very slow and they missed to... serve me the so called famous tea, I was waiting and waiting it was never served after placing the order. Finally after eatingthat pathetic horrible ?bun? -- went and asked them. They said they forgot and took my details to do the refund, it?s been amonth and I didn?t receive the refund. Taste - I tired it in Malaysia, it was in a great taste here it?s pathetic may be thefranchise sucks. Instead of this frozen Malaysian ?roti prata - kwan? one will be better.
