First time eating here. Owner immediately introduced himself. Gave a random complimentary appetizer which was phenomenal. Drinks... were great. Food amazing. Will definitely come back and recommend this amazing place. Missed the live music for tonight. Didn'tknow about the live music on Friday and Saturday's until tonight.. Read more
Yummy! I like the deep dried food. Crispy and not too much powder. Calamari, chicken wings .. yummy. Sombrero Grill sampler for... 2 can have different favors at same time. Actually I think the amount for 3 are no problem . The only concern for me today isthe service. Wait for a long time to get the food. While having food, missing water, missing plates, ..etc. but waiter/waitressare nice. Read more
Usually a solid 7 but not last week. On 7/9 I ordered fish tacos, a side of broccoli, and a house salad at 8:25 p.m. Restaurant... was busy and was told it?d be 40 minutes to pick up. So, I obliged. Pickup was easy and pleasant as usual. Upon arriving home afew minutes later, I unpacked a tepid, sad meal ? one of the saddest meals I?ve had to date. The nude fish tacos, maybe-steamedbut probably par-boiled broccoli, and house salad did not need 40 minutes, and clearly had been sitting for at least 15. At 9:14I called to ask if the fish tacos were supposed to be naked. Alas, t?was an oversight. While I understand all of the possiblepermutations of a busy Saturday night ? people in the weeds, fast-paced kitchen, humans being human and making mistakes ? andthat diminishing returns are real, attention to detail ought to be maintained until the kitchen closes. This place is fantastic. We just ate here on a busy Saturday evening on a holiday weekend. Good service and excellent food. The... owners are very quick to help and say ?hello? to patrons. Food was awesome! My husband is a connoisseur of Al Pastor tacos andgets them at almost every Mexican restaurant he visits- he says these are the best in our area: ?the meat is succulent andcooked to perfection? (and trust me he has had a lot these tacos) I enjoyed a carnitas burrito which was massive and delicious.Empanada appetizer was superb!
