Claimed they are short handed but there was 6 people behind the counter, 3 on their phones...smh.... They acted like we weren't... even there. Waited at counter 25 minutes before finally getting my food and then it was cold. Worst experience at a fast foodever... My wife and I will never eat there again Read more
Way, way too slow. Waited about 20 minutes or longer. 1 Man come in complaining about his order being wrong, but food was good... plus my sandwiches were on sale and she charged me full price. The Asst. Manager come up and finished my order or I would havebeen charged full price. He had to correct my order. Read more

Just wanted to comment on how nice the blonde hair girl that works the drive thru is at breakfast. I love their breakfast and... since my kid started school back this week it gives us a good treat in the morning. We have been twice this week and her energyhas been amazing both times! I need a lot of sugar for my coffee and she made sure to give me an excessive amount! Read more

November 19th at 2:20pm, I just got out of the line that had 2 cars in front of me, I got in the line at 1:58pm. 22 minutes to... serve 3 cars, line wrapped up around the building behind me. If that wasn't bad enough I watched as the woman at the window eatsher own sandwich and then scoop fries from the bin with her bare hand into the cardboard holder. That's just disgusting. I cantbelieve such poor food hygiene is acceptable. Food to mouth and then directly onto a customer's fries. I ended up tossing myfood, just can't trust that. Slow and nasty in summary. Read more
