The young female worker with short dreads at on 10/16 provided horrible customer service. There was no other customers as we... pulled up to the window at 1:44 AM and were told to wait. After 10 minutes, we said "Hello?" And she replied, "I told you I'llbe with you in a minute." At 2:03 AM, she finally took our order. We wanted a shake, but she said we couldn't have one becausethe machine was being cleaned. We ordered something else. We arrived at the window at 2:06 AM. We waited at least 5 minutesbefore she came to the window to receive payment. We heard the cashier go out of sight, yelling about her job to someone elsefor ten minutes. Then she came back to the window to give us our food, and we left. The sauce for the pita fajita was not in thebag, which wasn't a big deal. But the fact that we had to wait for a total of over 30 minutes tonight, not including the 20minute wait the night prior, is unacceptable. Customer service is amazing, very professional and friendly. I had the Double jack combo with curly fries and a jumbo egg roll.... My Bf had the double ultimate cheseburger combo with curly fries. He enjoyed his meal, i only cared for the egg roll. The tasteof the burger was plain and the meat tasted like school meat feom back in the day. We only ate it for substance it wasn't forenjoyment kind of vibes is what i got from their burgers, no shade. The curly fires was good im a huge fan i was happy to seethat on their menu. I ordered a sandwich which is normally toasted, (see pictures) I had to toast it myself. I keep trying to give them chances,... but they are rude and careless. They barely acknowledge your existence at the drive thru. Read more

12/4/22 4:30 pm. traveling, my daughter wanted to stop at jack in the box. Went thru the drive thru. Lobby door lock. African... American girl at drive thru heard very loud singing and saw her dancing. She was Rude. Kept my debit card to long. Instead ofher swiping card and giving it back. She held onto the card. Walk away. Pour water on the floor from a bucket. No good customerservice from her at all. Bad attitude and Just rude. Not friendly at all. First impression. Not a good vibe from her. Like imade her come to work. Walking around with a blue hoodie pulled over her head. I explained to her what I had ordered. She tookthe receipt away from me and walked away as though I was irritating her. Light skin maybe biracial girl came to the window askedwhat was wrong. She has a attitude the same as the first girl. Light skin girl told me" what I heard was" the burger doesn'tcome with cheese. Maybe if they weren't singing and playing around she would have heard the order correctly. I was treathorrible. Just for placing an order at the drive thru. I drove back around to the menu board to see if I was going crazy. I tooka picture of what I ordered off the menu board. #4 jumbo jack cheeseburger. Is what I ordered. But she told me it doesn't comewith cheese. I know this might not get anywhere. African American manager I believe she had on grey shirt. When the dark skingirl with the hoodie on took my receipt and walked away she said something to the manager because the manager looked at thedrive thru window. They need to be trained on customer service. I worked in burger King before when I was young. Hated becauseof how customer treated the worker.
