I haven?t seen anywhere on OLO website clearly said that pizzas are not baked. No even pictures anywhere, only ready to eat... pizza. It was an unpleasant surprise. 1st and only time I would order from here. I called and even told them about my experience and they said I'm sorry, did not... offer any compensation or reimbursement! The pans burned and set off my smoke detectors, I thought they were going to catch onfire in the oven! The stuffed crust pizza only had minimal cheese in the center when I paid for extra. I expect a refund and to speak with someone. Had to chase them down the following day. Theytried to imply that I was not there before closing. I had proof.
