Lovely place. The staff is hand picked and stunning. Food just as much. Prices were well below expected from someone from a... bigger city. But locals might call it expensive. Emma M provided jaw dropping experience when she was at the table. Howeverthey seemed short staffed and she had too many tables. Would still highly request her again. Read more
Delicious! This was our second time and it was just as good as the first time. I had salmon and my husband had shrimp.and grits.... Both had great flavor and balanced seasoning! Ambience and view were nice on 5th floor during sunset. Food and drinks were good, but we've had better in this price range.... Best dish we were served was the corn side. Also, some inconsistency in drinks depending on which bartender prepared them.Overall, a good experience, but would probably go somewhere else if we're looking to pay top dollar for a superior meal. What A wonderful experience at The Pump House! My Wife and I celebrated our fifth anniversary there and had a delightful time.... The food was exquisite and extremely tasteful! The waiters and waitresses were outgoing and cheerful and very helpful. I wouldrecommend this to anyone and even families with kids. We had the most beautiful view from our table sitting on the balcony overthe river. The prices were very reasonable too I would expect to spend $30-$40 per person after you include the tip and taxes. The Pump House was an amazing experience from start to end. Our waiter was extremely accommodating, friendly and nice. The food... was absolutely amazing and I'm sure by all of the reviews; you can tell just that. Pricing was pretty decent but what sold mewas the $16 bottleless mimosas they offer during their brunch hours. A beautiful restaurant off the lake and not far fromCharlotte, NC at all.
