Was told at the window by a male employee they would honor their free medium hot coffee with any purchase offer in the app still... since their app had crashed and the app said system down when I tried to order ahead. When I got to the window, a femaleemployee asked for the full amount and when I repeated what the male employee said before I ordered, she called over anotherfemale employee. Who took my phone and said the offer is for ordering ahead and I said the app won?t process in the finalscreen. She said ?so, you can use it next time you order ahead.? Been going to this place since it first open here in Rockford have always order my coffee half water half coffee 2 liquid sugar... today the manager refused to take my order said employees are not trained to make my request they don't know the measurementsfor my drink!!! I said to her that I have always gotten it here and other ones too!! She was very rude said she new managementand it is not allowed!!! Very pour service and her attitude as a manager needs some adjustments as well!!! I find this highlywrong and hopefully owners VJ and others will fix this and see her attitude as well!!! I also won free coffee for a year andaccording to this young girl manager am not allowed to claim it due to way I drink it!! I believe I need to get a lawyer for myyear of free coffee!!! Went before 7 and the employee in the drive through said kitchen was closed for cleaning. Would be nice to put up on their hours
Donuts were a little dry. It could be cuz I came later in the day. The coffee drinks are excellent.
