Nice club to belong to. People are nice. Bartenders are attentive and nice. Drinks are cheap. Can go by boat or car and they... have a playground for the kids, bocce ball courts, dart boards and shuffle board as well as slot machines. Fun for everyone. Read more

My only impression of this place is of a staffmember angrily ranting about property rights and screaming obscenities at children... there for a rowing competition. The kids had apparently "trespassed" by walking across the Verdi Club's parking spots which areon one side of a public alley. The Club wasn't even open. What a way to welcome people to Rockford.
