Got to be the worst McDonald's anywhere fries,burgers,and nuggets were all over cooked.I definitely won't be visiting this... location again its apparent that the people can't cook even with timers.l strongly suggest another choice if you are eating inRichmond County. Trash. Rude women working there. Masks on and no interaction. No smiles. No words exchanged. Just race hatred. You can tell they... hated us for the color of our skin. The bathrooms were disgusting. Overflowing trash and everywhere. The floors had never beenmopped ever. Read more
Last time we went, service was terrible but I thought it was a one off thing. Went today, through the drive through this time,... and it was worse. We ordered a cheese burger, 2 McChickens, a big mac meal, a kids meal, a large fry and a frappe. 1st off wehad to wait, thats not unusual and they were busy. That's fine. But it was the fact that there was only 1 window open and therewere 3 cars ahead of us waiting. 2 of them had to go in to get their food. And when we left the first car there WAS STILLWAITING. 2- the guy brung us our food and forgot the kidsmeal "that wasnt on the thing" he went back in and said he check, mymom waits a minute to go in and see what the issue was, the guy was nowhere to be found and the people working wernt asked aboutanything. The lady behind the counter asks for a receipt but the thing is, they wouldn't give us one at the window. The ladyended up unhappily giving my mom the meal The food- the fries were over cooked and very hard to eat. And the 2 chickensandwiches were spicy for no reason. Every thing else was alright. It was only 4 cars in the Drive thru so I assumed it wouldn't be so bad. I was SOOO wrong! I ordered 2 big breakfast with... hotcakes and a sausage mcgriddle combo. I made it to the 2nd window pretty quickly then they pulled me. I waited 15 minutes anddecided to get out and go inside. I go to the register letting the lady know I've been waiting over 15 mins. She told me shehandled the front and I should've kept going after seeing it was a lot of people in drive thru and inside. She made it perfectlyclear next time to not even come there if they're busy or im going to wait a long time. I eventually see another employeeheading to the door with food. I asked was she taking it outside and she looked confused. I told her what I had and checked itto make sure it was all there. As im checking, she's smacking her lips because I'm checking. Then I have no syrup or utensils. Iasked for them, she told me I need to go back up to the register because she's busy with other orders and walks off. If I couldgive this place a -5 stars I WOULD!! If it wasn't for the fact im getting it for my parents. I would've asked for a refund andgladly went to BOJANGLES!!!! Read more

Food cold some of it missing. Some of the staff nice some of it made you wonder if you trusted your food with their attitude and... the way they got if you asked for salt. As you giving the order will that be all? Ok will that be all? And I didn't have a bigorder but they sure got mad.
