Ice cream is pretty good but the counter set up and order process is horrible. My biggest complaint is a simple one if your... hours on the door clearly say open till 9:30 pm and when I arrived at 9:pm and your closed that is not how you do business. Itruly hope some of this is addressed. Read more
The way the counter is set up inside is ridiculous. Your in the way of others if your still deciding what you want. Then when u... go to actually order you have to figure out who is waiting to order and who is just looking at the menu so your not cuttingsomeone off. When I ordered, I specifically asked for no nuts?.yet they were put on there anyways. Then what I ordered did notsay that the brownie was warmed up on the menu. So when I finally got my order, the ice cream was completely melted. We alsoordered a toasted marshmellow milkshake. 100% did not taste anything like toasted marshmellow. First time visited, Could not read the menu, had family visiting and we google the menu, when we told the girl what we wanted,... she was very rude and unhelpful. Then told us that all she has was just soft serve vanilla and chocolate available. Would havebeen nice to know that at the beginning when we got there. Just moved to this area, and this would have been our littleneighborhood ice cream shop. But after today, I am very disappointed. Mostly because of the attitude from the employee.
