Maya was wonderful taking my order. She put my drinks in a drink holder. We were talking and she knew I was injured with my... right shoulder not working and in incredible pain. My doctor needs the swelling to get down to slide the joint back in place.Maya knew this and saw me struggling to try to take everything out to my car. Maya asked if she could help me and I said yes. Iam so impressed by Maya and Wendy?s that they have wonderful customer service and go out of their way to service their customerswhen a need is seen. Maya is valuable employee don?t let her go! I eat at this Wendy's quite often, I have very few complaints about the food. My whole reason for this review is I asked the... drive through member if my receipt was in the bag and I was told that their receipt printer has not worked in over 1 year.Whether or not that is true I cannot blame the staff who served me so I am directly placing the blame on their management staff.Who ever manages this franchise location please install a working receipt printer in the drive through and keep a couple forback up in the 1st window yall don't use. This location at the time of my visit was not too busy. The front staff was very friendly and attentive. I ordered a spicy... chicken nugget meal with fries and a frosty. It was very good with the exception of the spicy chicken nuggets weren?t cookedfully. Nor were they spicy. Not sure if they were just in a hurry or if that?s normal for there. Little disappointed in thatparticular product but that doesn?t take away from the excellent service I got. The restaurant dining was clean and inviting.
