Holy moly, I don’t usually write reviews for places but I had to for this one. This was delicious, it’s the best Indian food... I’ve ever had. You bet, as a local, I’m definitely making this a regular visit. Read more
I came here based on the positive reviews and did not have a similar experience. Food is microwaved — not freshly prepared or... special in any way. Selling it as to-go for what it is — commercially produced heat-and-serve food you can buy at the grocerystore at a premium for the convenience would be fine. But the price point for the quality of the food and poor customerexperience is atrocious. The owners should be ashamed of themselves. If you want quality Indian cuisine, skip thisestablishment. If you can’t go without a common Indian curry and don’t care about it being fresh, pick up the exact samefood pre-packaged at Hannaford down the street and stick it in your microwave at home for a better experience. A heartwarming small business in a serene location. My friends and I visited this place in the late evening after a long day out... on the road. Initially, they politely told us that they were done taking orders for the day. But the kind lady manager wasunable to let us go back hungry and disappointed. She walked over and offered to serve us if we could wait for a fewminutes. We placed our order and took a stroll in the quaint lawn nearby overlooking the waterfront while it was beingprepared. Soon, the food was ready and it was delicious. The pakoras and samosas were some of the best that you can find in theUS, even rivaling places in India. Would absolutely recommend giving this place a try for food made with care and love, andstaff members who are a fine example of Indian values and hospitality. Cheers! Read more
