The wife and I was doing a "Wonder Indiana" trip checking out the fall colors in Parke County before the Covered Bridge Festival... gets started...and did our normal loupe around Raccoon Lake and decided to stop for supper at "The Ranch"!!! (just across thehi-way from the Park entrance) Boy was that one of my wisest decisions I've made in a while, they had a 12 oz. Prime Rib dinner(complete with dessert) as their Saturday evening special! Started with a cup of "Crab Bisque" that was 'real' crab... Followedby the 1" thick, melt in your mouth, cut with a fork Prime Rib... Along side one of the most delicious baked potatoes we've EVERhad! I don't know whether it was an Amish potato, Amish butter, Amish sour cream or simply how they baked it... But definitelythe BEST we have ever tasted!!! (ANYPLACE...) And lastly... Such a beautiful place. Everything was aesthetically pleasing. This is a great place to hang out with your family. Food is okay,... nothing special, a little expensive but great experience and service. Definitely try their chai latte though! Read more
AMAZING! The food, service, atmosphere, and hospitality is off the charts. They hosted my wedding reception in their event room... and it was beautiful. The perfect space for my size party, around 30 people, and they were great about letting us in early todecorate and working with our time line and needs. Alex was incredible and the bartender Nick was awesome!! I would definitelyrecommend this place for dinner or events. Top notch!!! Read more

Amazing gem for the area. Very comfy seats, cozy atmosphere with music and a gas place place. The menu changes often, but it... seems to have a variety of options from smoothies, espresso based drinks, alcoholic drinks, teas, pizza, salads, a few entrees,and breakfast items served all day.
