I HOPE THE HQ READ THE RECENT REVIEWS. If I were the manager, I would have fired most of these people working behind the... counter, or at least assign them more training. As the previous reviews have mentioned, staffs there pretend there is nocustomer waiting to order. They ignore customers for a while to come forward. And when they come to get order, they just look atyou with no words like hi, how are you, or what can I get for you. I had interaction with Erika and Tonia. Both require moretraining, I think. This store used to have nice staffs. Some of the Recently hired staffs are very reckless and rude when itcomes to customer service. Very poor newly arranged team. Read more
Falafels used to be outstanding. Now I'd rate them below average and would not order them again even though they were my go to... meal at Cava. Portion sizes have shrunk a little which doesn't bother me much since they are still pretty good size. Prices arecreeping up though which does. Read more
Avoid this location. CAVA is great, but this particular franchise skimps on everything and the staff are rude. Portions are half... of other locations and they even serve partial pitas. Meatballs and chicken are always dry and I suspect they've been reheatedmany times over. The focus is on squeezing out every penny rather than on providing quality product and service. Other reviewershave had similar problems with small portions and rude servers here. We won't go back again. Read more
