The dinning room and counters were filthy. The chicken was burnt and the tomatoes in the salsa were expired. I?ve never seen... this particular location in such a state. The filthy condition of the store is a deal breaker considering how viruses arespreading. Read more
Normally they?re pretty good. I come here at least once a week. But today they were short-staffed or something. There was a... huge crowd of people waiting. The staff kept serving the walk-ins while the DoorDash pick-ups were standing there for 30-60minutes waiting. Inexcusable, really. They need to hire more staff or prep more in advance. Read more
Do not order from here!!! They will screw up your order. I have ordered online here a handful of times and they have got it... right zero times. I have no idea how this Chipotle hasn?t been closed or shut down. The staff and management should all befired. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Order from the Chipotle in Rio instead. It?s chipotle so it?s tasty and the service was prompt, but the restaurant was very messy. Almost every table in the front was... soiled and every trash bin was overflowing, some things that would take less than 10 minutes to fix. Maybe I just came at a badtime though. This Chipotle holds the distinction of being the last Chipotle my girlfriend and I have ever gone to. The staff here does not... care, and the food is poorly made and often overly salty. We came here three times and finally admitted this location is a postcause. To add insult to injury, we can now no longer eat at any other Chipotle solely based off the memories from this store.
